Step one:
Start with a white background canvas.
Create a new layer-set, name it FL1.5
Were going to use the polygon tool to make the spiked rings. First apply this settings to the polygon options:
Make sure you dont forget to set the sides settings found outside of the polygon option. Now in a new layer create a one inch and #5A5A5A polygon.
Step two:
Create a new layer.
Select the ellipse tool and set the fixed size in ellipse option to 136 px x 136 px.
