What to expect:
  • Design neon blue navigation perfect for gaming / dark background websites.



    Step one:
  • Create a new layer-set called Navigation.
  • Set the foreground color to #0080F6 & background to #00386D.
  • Now select the round rectangle tool and set the radius to 16px.
  • In a new layer, draw the size of your navigation, for best results keep the size at 20 px and the width to match with the lenght of your text.



    Step two:
  • Go to Select > Load select > default to select the entire round rectangle.
  • Create a new layer and while the round rectangle is still selected use the linear gradient tool to add a light blue / dark blue gradient.
  • Delete the old round rectangle.
  • Add an Inner glow, Satin and stroke layer styles, settings below
